4 year anniversary

This week marks the fourth anniversary of my battle with chronic Lyme disease, I couldn't help but reflect on the rollercoaster ride it has been.

From the countless treatments endured and the small victories celebrated to the setbacks faced and the moments of despair, these four years have been a testament to the resilience required to navigate the complexities of chronic illness.

There have been glimmers of hope, moments where I felt like I was finally gaining ground in this uphill battle. But as the leaves fell and the days grew shorter, darker, and colder, an uneasy feeling crept into my thoughts, a subtle reminder that my health might be declining again. Is it the weather blues or a relapse in my battle against Lyme? Only time will tell, as we wait for the results of the blood tests once more.
